The 7-day trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day trial. You do not need a card.
A chip in the app shows how long is left: Trial: N days left, Trial: 1 day left or Trial ends today.
During the trial you have the limits in the Trial column of the table on the next page. Subscribe any time from Account, then Billing.
Plans and limits
Starter is R149 a month. Pro is R349 a month. Business is R899 a month and is coming soon, so you cannot buy it yet. Pay yearly and get 2 months free: Starter R1,490, Pro R3,490, Business R8,990 a year.
Prices are in rand. Providus Labs (Pty) Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

Features
- CSV export: every plan.
- Remove SharpForm branding: Starter and up.

Monthly limits reset on the 1st. Account, then Usage shows how much you have used.
Subscribe, change or cancel
Go to Account, then Billing. Pay monthly by card. You can cancel any time.
- Subscribe: pick a plan and Monthly or Yearly, then follow the steps.
- Upgrade: takes effect straight away.
- Change to a cheaper plan on the same interval: it is scheduled, not immediate.
- Update card: use the Update card button.
- Cancel: use Cancel in Billing and confirm in the dialog.
SharpForm does not take payments for you from the people who fill in your forms. The Payment details field only shows your bank details. The money does not go through SharpForm.
