Getting started
Create an organisation, build your first form and share it.
Create an organisation
An organisation holds your forms, your team and your plan. Everything in SharpForm lives inside one.
- Sign up with your email address. You start a 7-day trial. You do not need a card.
- Give your organisation a name when SharpForm asks.
- You land in your organisation. Your forms are listed under Forms.
You are the owner. You can invite people from Settings, then Members. Later you can make more organisations from your account page, if your plan allows it.
The organisation is part of the web address, so keep the name short.
Your first form
Choose New form. SharpForm asks how you want to start.
- Make my form: describe the form, or take a photo of a paper form. The AI drafts it for you to check. See the AI assistant section.
- Start from a template: pick one, then change anything.
- Blank form: start with nothing.
- One page, one question: a form that shows one question at a time.
The form opens in Build. Use Add to put in fields. Click a field to change its label, hint and whether it is required. Your changes save as you go.
The tabs along the top of a form are Build, Design, Responses, Share and Settings. Design is for colours and fonts.
Nothing is public until you choose Publish. After you change a live form, choose Publish changes to make the changes live.
