Responses
The inbox, email notifications and CSV export.
The inbox
Open Responses on a form. You see a summary, the individual answers and, if the form has uploads, a Documents view.
- Summary shows counts and recent answers.
- The table lists each answer. Use filters and the columns picker to see what you need.
- Open an answer to read it in full, add notes or assign it to a person.
- A new-responses pill tells you when answers have arrived while you were looking.
Your plan has a limit on responses a month. If you go over, SharpForm keeps the extra answers, up to three times the limit. They stay hidden until you upgrade. The limit resets on the 1st of the month.
Notification emails
Go to Settings, then Notifications. Pick Off, Instant or Daily (07:00) for the whole organisation, or for each form.
Admins can also send new responses to specific people. Open the form's Settings and add a rule. Rules are checked in the order you added them. They can only use answers that are not private.
The email says a new response arrived and links to it. It never contains what the person answered.
Your plan has a limit on emails a month.
Export to CSV
On Responses, choose Export. Choose what to include, then start the export. You get a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
An export can narrow by one question. Only the first question filter applies, so the file may have more rows than the table.
Past exports lists the exports you started. Exports are kept for 2 days, so download yours soon.
Export is on every plan.
Reply to a person
In an answer, choose Draft a reply to write a reply. See the AI assistant section. Nothing is sent by SharpForm. WhatsApp or your mail app opens with the text, and you press send.
